Returns & exchanges
Requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for defective items or items incorrectly supplied by EGLAF. Items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged by the customer, and all original tags and packaging must remain intact. Sale and promotional products are excluded.

Return shipping costs are covered by EGLAF if the supplied item is incorrect in design, colour or size, damaged, or defective. Return the item with the completed form by courier or bring it to our store:
EGLAF, First Floor No.10, Jalan Kenari 6, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

Items are inspected upon receipt, and eligibility is confirmed by email or WhatsApp. Refund processing may take up to 28 days. Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is received. EGLAF is not responsible for items returned with damage.
