Malaysia shipping

Deliveries within Malaysia will take up to 3–5 working days (excluding weekend/public holidays) from your date of purchase. Delivery fees are based on the total weight (kg) of the product. Before ordering, please refer to the destination region and weight tiers and the shipping fee chart for calculation.

International shipping

We do provide international shipping to Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Australia. International shipping will take up to 7–10 working days (excluding weekend/public holidays) from your date of purchase. Product and shipping will be charged in MYR. The exact amount will be converted according to the exchange rate the day you place the order. Please contact your credit card issuer if you have any questions. Before ordering, please refer to the destination country/region and weight tiers and the shipping fee chart for calculation.

Tariffs and consumption taxes may be imposed on the product based on the customs regulations of respective countries. When a product is sampled for inspection, the fees thus incurred shall be paid by the recipient. If the recipient refuses to receive the product, fees thus incurred as well as the losses from the destruction or return of the product shall be paid by the purchaser.
