Your membership tiers
Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. Discover four membership tiers, with more benefits as you move up.
Purchase rebates exclude promotional items. Points expire two years after they are earned. Membership tiers are maintained through annual spending.
Membership benefits
All tiers receive a RM50 welcome voucher and can redeem points for selected merchandise. Silver, Gold and Platinum members receive birthday vouchers. Gold and Platinum members can access exclusive merchandise and products, subject to terms. Platinum members receive invitations to private events and selected early sale access.
Birthday rewards
- Silver: RM50 birthday voucher with a minimum spend of RM150.
- Gold: RM100 birthday voucher with a minimum spend of RM250.
- Platinum: RM150 birthday voucher with a minimum spend of RM300.
Birthday vouchers are credited during your birthday month. Regular members do not receive a birthday voucher.
Frequently asked questions
Is membership free?
Yes. There is no membership subscription fee. Your tier is based on your yearly spending.
How do points and tiers work?
Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent online. Your membership tier reflects your qualifying spending during the membership year. If you do not maintain the required threshold, your tier will adjust to reflect your spending.
Will redeeming points affect my tier?
No. Redeemable points are separate from the spending used to determine your membership tier. Redeeming points does not reduce your tier or progress.
Can I use my membership rebate on promotional items?
No. Silver, Gold and Platinum purchase rebates apply to regular-price items only.
